Children from year 3 visited the parish Church of St Peter & St Paul, Scarning, to “do their bit” for our community. We were one of the many schools taking part in Eco Schools St Georges Day Big Tidy Up.
The church and grounds are always kept immaculate but we did manage to find some waste in the woodlands at the rear of the church.
The children worked with great enthusiam and had a great time – in fact they returned the following week for a maths exploration. The parents however, were a little miffed that they hadn’t time to accessorize their rather fetching tabards!
